The 6 steps
of a project
As designers we can forget sometimes that while we are comfortable with the process and know what’s coming,
our clients probably don’t. And so one of the best way to make them feel more comfortable and confident is to create a red carpet welcome !
01
The Brief
What we like to receive
– The nature of your company
– Your values & business goals
– The project parameters
– Its main features
– Your target audience
– The mission scopes
– Timeline & main deadlines
– Any complementary information
02
Evaluation
For a deep understanding of your needs
An in-depth review of your brief will allow us to determine your requirements. A series of questions ensure we fully understand the nature of your project and are aligned with its focus. Together, we evaluate options and draw up a timeline.
03
Workshops
Defining the future directionWorkshops help define the project’s direction of the project and align our approaches and concept. A vivid and lucid mood board allows us to assess and validate the final product’s look and feel.
04
The solutions
Resolving problem through designThis is one of my favourite parts of design; giving life to new ideas. Our design process starts with research and a series of open conversations. We create a unique product or brand, full of energy, that connects with people’s emotions.
05
The Agile method
Much more pragmatic than traditional methods
This part is the real game-changer. There is no magical way to obtain the most advanced solution other than by trying and trying again. No matter the company, if they are at the top today, it’s thanks to hard work, and constantly challenging the status quo.
06
Quality verification
Never leave a client unsatisfied
Getting the job done is one thing. Completing work together with a satisfied client takes the pride in our projects to another level. I will always look for what makes the difference by taking the time to ensure my clients are proud of what we have created. My personal investment means I stay in touch with my clients.
